SHIPEX runs an in-house KYC process, and the compliance model is built around the ERC-3643 permissioned token standard, so joining and participating in the loyalty program are designed to be identity-gated as the permissioned token is deployed. The current testnet token is a simplified build. Members complete KYC as part of the process.

Built for regulated markets

The compliance model is designed in line with the MiCA and VARA regulatory frameworks. Users remain responsible for ensuring their own participation complies with local law.
